This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use the patient’s personal data, the purposes for processing, the personal data, the third parties whom we may transfer the personal data to, your rights to request access to, correct and/or update your personal data, how you can instruct us if you have any inquiries, complaints or if you prefer to limit use of that personal data and procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy and personal data.

The Personal Data may include the patient’s information like name, address, IC No., Citizenship, telephone number, photographs, date of birth, medical records and interests (hereinafter referred to as your “personal data”). The processing of your personal data (hereinafter collectively and severally referred to as “personal data”) is necessary, failing which we will not be able to process your application and/or provide you our services.

2. How we make use of your personal data?

We, our affiliates and/or third parties may process your personal data for various purposes including but not restricted to processing your internal administration, marketing and/or providing treatments and other services or activities as may be required and allowed under law. We may share or disclose your personal data to our business partners and service providers in the course of our business for the above purposes.

By submitting your, or the patient's personal data, you hereby consent to our processing of your personal data pursuant to this Privacy Policy. We may transfer your personal data to other countries in the course of conducting our business and providing our services. By submitting the personal data and/or the continued use of our services, you consent to these transfers. If you have previously given (or are deemed to have given) your consent to the organization for the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data for a purpose, you may withdraw such consent by providing reasonable notice. DR.STRETCH would respond to your request within 7 working days, and if we cannot reply within this time, we will respond within 14 working days thereafter.

DR.STRETCH will notify the individual’s purpose(s) for which it intends to collect, use or disclose the individual’s personal data on or before such collection, use or disclosure of personal data.
